Sharon Day

Sharon has been working in the service industry for over 30 years. Her main role before opening indulge in 1996 was as Kitchen Manager and Operations Manager for large corporate restaurants in Toronto. She has worked in every capacity of the restaurant industry and holds excellent customer service to a higher standard.


You will find her at Indulge every day working on the daily orders, doing quotes and preparing new and exciting menu items.




Eric Day

Eric moved to Calgary to attend the University of Calgary after working for many years in the service industry. He has worked with numerous 5 star establishments in Toronto, Calgary and internationally. His attention to detail is unparalleled in the industry. His knowledge of food and wine has been a boon to many fine dining restaurants. Eric's business background and superb customer relations have seen indulge grow steadily to what it is today: One of the largest catering firms in the city, that still maintains a boutique feel.
