We have compiled a few cocktail reception menus which provide a good variety of items which compliment each other. If you would prefer to customize a menu to suit your needs please feel free to choose items from the following menus. Your selections will be priced accordingly.

Poached mission figs, creamy French brie, caramelized onions and basil nestled in a flaky tart. (V)

Wild Sockeye salmon mousse with fresh dill, capers and spring onions, blended with fresh cream cheese and nestled on a crisp potato rosti garnished with dilled caviar. (GF)

Blackened Chicken Burrito

Seared blackened chicken breast, roasted corn, bell peppers, black beans and jalapeno havarti rolled in a flour tortilla and served with ancho cilantro dipping sauce.

Sirloin Beef Sliders

Juicy grilled sirloin topped with caramelized onions and creamy havarti. Served on an egg washed Brioche bun with basil aoili.

Camembert & Granny Smith Apple Grilled Cheese

Creamy Camembert cheese, grated mozzarella and white cheddar, poached Granny Smith apples sandwiched bewteen multi coloured French flatbread. Served with house-made curried ketchup. (V)

Sautéed spinach, feta and onions folded in phyllo dough. Baked until golden brown. (V)

Louisiana Crab Cake Slider

Lump blue crab, peppers, onions and celery blended together with creole spices and pan fried until crispy golden brown. Served on a petite brioche bun with shaved cabbage slaw and smoky remoulade.

Black & Blue Canapé

Seared spiced beef tenederloin. Thinly sliced with creamy cambozola and carmelized onion jam.

Served on a sweet potato gaufrette.
